Masterclass: Iconic wines - Prieure Roch

Details: Henri-Frederic Roch is the Co-Director of the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Roch’s approach to winemaking is considered both rustic and traditional, with at least 22 months ‘elevage’, late bottling, and significant use of stems. How do these methods impact upon the wines? Let’s taste different vintages and compare the evolution of the wines.
